3 Strike Policy

While we are not affiliated with any of the service companies listed in our directory, we do only want honest and ethical service providers listed in our directory.

Currently the main avenue we have for weeding out the bad apples is by receiving feedback from directory users.

When we receive a complaint on a service provider, we note it in their file. We then follow up with the service provider to try to get a better understanding of the details of the situation.

When an issue is reported regarding a service provider listed in our directory, the President and owner of 4Roadservice will contact the reported service provider regarding the complaint. If it reaches a point that we receive three merited complaints, the service provider is immediately and permanently removed from our directory.
