Reefer Repair near Richardson, MS

About Tri State Refrigeration

When your reefer throws an alarm code and the box temperature starts drifting off setpoint, every minute counts. A unit that will not hold setpoint puts your load at risk and turns into a rejection at the receiver if you do not get it handled. Tri State Refrigeration in Gulfport, Mississippi is a Thermo King factory-authorized dealer set up to diagnose the problem, fix it right, and get you back on the road earning.

Located at 10145 Southpark Dr, this location sits in a part of the Mississippi Gulf Coast served by Interstate 10 running east and west and U.S. 49 heading north, which makes it a practical stop for drivers moving freight along the coast or running inland. If your reefer is down, you want a shop that knows the equipment cold, and a factory-authorized Thermo King dealer means factory-trained technicians, genuine Thermo King parts, and warranty work handled correctly the first time.

Reefer repair is the focus here. Whether you are dealing with a trailer unit that will not pull down to setpoint, a nose-mount throwing fault codes, a control system that is not reading right, or a TriPac APU that needs attention, the goal is the same: find the real cause, repair it with the correct parts, and verify the unit holds temperature before you leave. That protects the load you are hauling and protects your reputation with the shipper and the receiver.

For owner-operators, a sidelined reefer is lost revenue. For fleet maintenance managers, it is a disrupted lane and a load on the clock. Tri State Refrigeration approaches both the same way, with straightforward diagnostics and Thermo King parts that keep the repair from coming back. When the box has to stay at setpoint and the truck has to keep moving, this is the kind of shop you want behind the work.
