Would defiantly suggest you find someone else to work on your truck. C and A will tell you one thing and do the opposite with you watching. I was roped into using them because of an accident and they were called by the officer on seen. I was told the truck would be towed to a place I requested but instead it was towed to their yard. When asked why, I was told that the wrecker wasn’t capable of handling the truck. This was odd because the requested location was closer with less turns than the C and A shop. The man said his big wrecker was broke down that he could not move the truck any further. He then stated that they could begin work on the truck with in the next 2 days. 2 days later it was next week because of parts. I personally sourced all the parts locally. While in the process I discovered that no parts house in Augusta will do business with C and A therefore they had to ordered parts from some outside vendor leaving me high and dry. Long story they can’t fix their own tow trucks and have a bad rep with parts vendors. I sent another towing company to get my truck and went to another repair shop. The 2nd towing company charged less to tow twice as far with no hassle.
