More About Thermo King Midwest

When your reefer throws an alarm code and the temperature starts drifting away from setpoint, every minute counts. A unit that will not hold setpoint puts your whole load at risk, and a warm trailer at the dock means load rejection and a payday gone. Thermo King Midwest in New Haven, Indiana is a Thermo King factory-authorized dealer built to get a downed reefer diagnosed and back to temperature so you can keep moving.

Located at 2275 Patrick Henry Way, this location sits in the Fort Wayne area, served by Interstate 469 and close to the I-69 and U.S. 30 corridors that move freight across northeastern Indiana. That puts trained help within practical reach whether you are running regional lanes or pushing through on a longer haul with perishables on board.

The focus here is reefer repair. As a Thermo King dealer, the location works with the units you already run, from trailer reefers to nose-mount systems, and backs the work with factory training and genuine Thermo King parts. That matters when you are chasing an intermittent fault or a hard alarm code. The right diagnosis and the correct part the first time is what separates a quick turnaround from a load you lose.

For owner-operators, a reefer that will not pull down is lost revenue and a reputation problem with the broker or shipper. For fleet maintenance managers, it is a unit out of service and a delivery window slipping away. Either way, the goal is the same. Find the fault, fix it correctly, protect the load, and get the truck earning again.

Thermo King Midwest brings the dealer-network advantage to the New Haven and Fort Wayne market: factory-trained service, genuine parts, and the equipment knowledge to handle reefer problems the right way. When your unit is down and the clock is running, this is the kind of shop you want working your repair.
