More About Thermo King Northwest

When your reefer alarms out on the road, every minute counts. A unit that drifts off setpoint puts the whole load at risk, and a temperature excursion can mean rejection at the dock and a payday that disappears. Thermo King Northwest in Pasco, Washington is set up to get a down reefer diagnosed and running again so your freight stays in spec and your truck keeps earning.

As a Thermo King factory-authorized dealer, this location handles reefer repair on trailer and truck-mounted units, from nose-mount trailer systems to self-powered and vehicle-powered configurations. If you are chasing an alarm code, fighting a unit that will not hold setpoint, or dealing with a reefer that keeps cycling or shutting down, the technicians here work from factory training and genuine Thermo King parts. That matters when you are trying to clear a fault correctly the first time instead of limping to the next stop and hoping it holds.

Pasco sits in the Tri-Cities at a practical crossroads for refrigerated freight moving through the Columbia Basin. The area is served by Interstate 182 and US 395, with US 12 and Interstate 82 close by, so this is a reasonable place to pull off and get a unit looked at whether you are running produce out of the valley or hauling temperature-sensitive freight across the region. The shop is located at 1115 N Oregon Ave.

For fleet maintenance managers, a factory-authorized dealer means repairs are done to Thermo King standards with genuine parts, which protects warranty coverage and keeps your reefer fleet predictable. For owner-operators, it means straight answers on what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. The priority is the same either way: protect the load, avoid rejection at delivery, and get the truck back on the road at the right temperature.
